Reply: Kind/kinds of and sort/sorts of are used interchangeably in everyday English to mean &lt;em&gt;members in a particular variety&lt;/em&gt;. Regardless of which one you use, however, the same rules about agreement apply: These kinds of changes, this sort of change, etc. The same is also true for type/types of: These types of changes.]]></description>
